Khaki, in my opinion, is timeless. It works spring, summer, autumn and winter and never fails to look 'on trend' on pretty much anyone, any year. Khaki is in it's best form when worn as a jacket or shirt which can be worn with a pretty skirt for a night out (a la Ms. Flack) or thrown on to add a bit more warmth on a cold winter morning. It's splashed across the high street at the moment, from fashion parka's with leather sleeves to long, winter coats with furry hoods and I'm on the hunt for my staple khaki coat.
